I have spent my whole working life in the Food and Hospitality industry which gives me a huge amount of enjoyment and fulfilment.
Having spent twenty years in a large corporate food business developing products for retail sale in Britain, I then ran a country pub for eleven years, quite a culture shock but enormously rewarding. The English country pub is definitely the hub of village life.
In 2002 I decided to ‘retire’ to France but quickly started a small catering business which I continue to enjoy.
I get to work in the medium I love and my meals add to my clients’ enjoyment of their holiday. I also get to meet some very interesting people, many of whom have second homes here in France and have remained clients for many years.
